RECRD · Legal
Terms of Use
Last updated: September 15, 2026
These terms apply to your use of RECRD, the calisthenics personal-record tracking app provided by XXI Systems. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies and is incorporated into these terms.
1. Using RECRD
RECRD helps you configure exercise tests, record results, and review progress. You are responsible for the information you enter, for keeping any exported backup secure, and for using the app safely and lawfully.
2. Exercise safety
RECRD is a fitness-recording tool, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, coaching, or emergency assistance. Exercise carries risk. Use appropriate technique and equipment, stop if you feel pain or unwell, and consult a qualified professional when appropriate. Do not rely on audio cues where missing a cue could create danger.
3. Subscriptions and free trials
RECRD may offer auto-renewable weekly and yearly Premium subscriptions. The offer screen and Apple purchase sheet show the current localized price, subscription duration, and any trial available to your Apple Account. Apple determines trial eligibility.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting RECRD does not cancel a subscription. Use Restore Purchases in the app to restore an eligible purchase. Apple handles billing, refunds, and payment information under its policies.
4. Data and availability
Exercise records are primarily stored on your device. You are responsible for preparing and safely storing backups before deleting the app, resetting data, or changing devices. We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue app features, subject to applicable law and your rights relating to an active subscription.
5. Intellectual property and acceptable use
RECRD, its design, software, branding, and included content are owned by XXI Systems or used with permission. You may not copy, reverse engineer, disrupt, misuse, or redistribute the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how RECRD handles information and the choices available to you.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, RECRD is provided without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Apple’s Standard EULA provides additional warranty and liability terms.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as RECRD changes. The current version will display its effective date. Questions can be sent to whopmanagement@gmail.com. For product help, visit RECRD Support.
